Are you kidding me? This is Sylvan Lake, a patio is mandatory in the summer. Now that the snow has finally melted, design and build-out is underway.

What is a Microbrewery?
Technically, we are a “nano”-brewery at 585 litres brewed per batch. Big enough to quench a town but too small to quench a nation.
What is beer made of?
Four ingredients – malted barley, hops, water and to bring it all together, yeast. But then add in hundreds of other variables resulting in infinite diversity of beer character and quality.
